Shipping & Returns
Please note that all items include the cost of shipping. We will only ship out carvings after we provide you with a shipping quotation. Similarly, shipping charges are only provided for dresses and some home accessories after contacting a sales consultant from the Gallery.
Please note that we only issue store credit, we do not provide refunds.
From the time you receive your order from our couriers, you have ten (10) days to decide whether to keep your order in its original condition for a store credit.
We also require all returned items to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the product(s) will be returned. So, if you receive products you’ve purchased from Lineage Arts and are not fully satisfied, you have:
1. Ten (10) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***
3. Store credits will only be issued upon proof of the receipt and packing slip that accompanies the shipment. Please keep the receipt and packing slip.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 10 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a store credit.
You will only be issued a store credit once we have received the returned items from you. Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned items.
